All products are handmade with care. Due to the nature of our candles, wax melts, and resin creations, all sales are final.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item(s)

  • Photos of the packaging
After review, we may offer:

  • A replacement item

  • Store credit

  • A refund at our discretion
Custom Orders
Custom and personalized items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged once production has begun.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Vanity Candlez & Co is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once processing begins, orders cannot be canceled.
